Schedule of Fees for Consular Services As of October 1, 2007, the U.S. Consulate exchange rate is MAD 9.3 per USD. This Schedule of Fees is based on the Code of Federal Regulations - i.e. Title 22, Part 22, Sections 22.1 through 22.7. Bracketed entries of codes and abbreviations are added to facilitate consular staff reference and the recording of consular services.
