Online Travel and Residence Registration

American citizens can now register their presence in Morocco directly with the Consular Section at the U.S. Consulate General in Casablanca using the following website:

https://travelregistration.state.gov

Through this worldwide travel registration system, American citizens, whether tourists or residents in Morocco, can submit new registrations, provide new information to update their existing registration, or notify the Consular Section when they are leaving Morocco.  As a result of a recent software upgrade at Casablanca, this information is now provided directly to the Consular Section’s American Citizens Services registration database via this website.

PLEASE NOTE: As a result of this change, the Consular Section will no longer accept registrations by email, fax or telephone.  However, American citizens are always welcome to register or update their registration in person at the U.S. Consulate General in Casablanca between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.

We invite you to register yourself and your family and get acquainted with this new travel registration service. If you are already registered with this Consulate, please update your information if it has changed since you registered.

If you encounter any difficulties or have any questions about our travel registration website, please send an e-mail to CAIbrs@state.gov.  For further information, please visit our website, http://casablanca.usconsulate.gov, or send an email to our American Citizen Services Unit at acscasablanca@state.gov.

For the latest security information, Americans traveling abroad should regularly monitor the Department's Internet website at http://travel.state.gov where the current Worldwide Caution Public Announcement, Middle East and North Africa Public Announcement, and other Travel Alerts and Public Announcements can be found.  Up-to-date information on security can also be obtained by calling 1-888-407-4747 toll free in the United States, or, for callers outside the United States and Canada, a regular toll line at 1-202-501-4444. These numbers are available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (except U.S. federal holidays).
