The U.S. Consulate General in Casablanca has provided this list of attorneys as a service to help U.S. citizens in need of legal counsel.  The names listed are arranged alphabetically, with a short description of any specialization and languages spoken. Attention is drawn to the fact that the rules of the various Moroccan bar associations prohibit all advertising on the part of their members.  As the publication of the names of members of the bar, together with any data concerning their professional experience and qualifications, may be considered as a contravention of this rule against advertising, this list is released on the condition that it is not to be published.

Surface mail from the United States to Morocco costs 40 cents per ounce, 23 cents per additional ounce, and takes two to three weeks.  Airmail from the U.S. costs 45 cents per half ounce and arrives in 10 to 12 days, but delays are common.  International reply coupons can be used to prepay a reply.  Registered mail may be sent through the Moroccan postal service and return receipts obtained.
